[GTER] Serial com CTS=down e trafegando

Olá,

Alguém já viu um problema como esse em interfaces seriais?

O link está UP, trafegando "normalmente", porém o router mostra CTS=down
além de uma quantidade enorme de CRCs/Input Errors...
Não faz sentido para mim o parâmetro que deveria informar que o link está
pronto para trafegar estar com estado DOWN e o link ainda trafegar.
Os usuários estão reclamando de lentidão em algumas aplicações.

O roteador em questão é um Cisco 2811 com IOS 12.4(15)T10.
