Cara aqui no Estado do Amapá quando o serviço chegou até que era bom, mas
com o numero de adesão dos clientes o serviço hoje está péssimo!

Amigos,
Tenhos colegas que usam a TIM e Claro em Aracaju/Se.. e segundo
eles, a velocidade chega a ficar 14 kbps. Está ruim mesmo..
