[GTER] Lentidão Internet / SP

Mais alguém está com problemas de lentidão em links Internet / Embratel?

Temos filial em SP com link Internet/Embratel  de 512MB e olha só o 
ping....

Já verifiquei com iptraf, ntop, etc.. E não encontrei nenhum de tráfego 
anormal..
