Sugiro que você capture os pacotes usando

tcpdump -w port25.pcap -i eth0 port 25 and host x.y.z.a

E processe esse arquivo usando o WireShark (para Windows). Ao final,
exporte os dados em um arquivo de texto. Em anexo envio um log de uma
conexao para o Google.
