Creio que você queira fazer algo parecido com o que o OpenDNS faz ...

O SimpleDNS faz .. mas é para Windows e é pago

Typically when you open a non-existing domain name in a web-browser, you 
either get an error page, or you are redirected to some search web-site 
controlled by the web-browser company (or DNS registry).
This of course happens all the time because of misspellings and bad links on 
web-sites.
Now you can take advantage of those failed requests (from any client 
configured to use your DNS server) by redirecting them to your web-server 
instead of giving this traffic to the browser companies.

Ainda não vi outro software que o faça, já tentou procurar por algum patch 
para o Bind?

Pessoal,

    alguém sabe se existe alguma forma de configurar o BIND para que ele
envie uma URL específica para todas as requisições que forem feitas para
o servidor e o resultado for um domínio inexistente ( nxdomain ) ?
Preciso enviar uma determinada URL para todas as requsições que forem
feitas e o domínio não existir.
