[GTER] Duvidas sobre switch e tráfego.

Olá, tenho um switch CISCO Catalyst 2900 series XL:

Esse switch esta com 16 hosts com um tráfego de um pouco mais de 40
mbps somando tudo.
Esses 16 hosts estão divididos em 2 vlans, uma com 13 hosts e outra
com 3 hosts, as vezes a vlan de 13 hosts para, retirando alguns cabos
do switch, tudo volta ao normal, vou colocando aos poucos novamente e
ele volta a funcionar corretamente durante algum tempo.
Eu queria saber se esse switch realmente não aguenta esse tráfego e
qual switch vocês me recomendariam.

OBS: Quando substituo esse switch por algum bem barato da Encore, a
minha rede funciona bem, porém com colisões.
