[GTER] Problema no NTP

Tentei e continua o mesmo problema. Veja a saída do comando ntpq -pcrv.
Aparentemente todos os servidores estão stratum 16, ou seja eu não consigo
sincronização. Alguém tem alguma idéia de como resolver este problema?
