[Eppnicbr] Mudanças no WHOIS/RDAP do .br (Changes in .br WHOIS/RDAP)

Caros provedores de serviços,

Já está em vigor uma mudança no WHOIS/RDAP do .br em que o contato administrativo não é mais mostrado. Ela se soma a outras mudanças como não mostrar o contato de cobrança e não permitir pesquisa pelo handle do contato, em função de novas práticas de tratamento de dados pessoais.

Notar que nos domínios administrados via EPP o único contato com poder de alteração é o do titular, que ainda é mostrado. O contato técnico também é mostrado para esclarecimento de problemas de delegação DNS.
Os contatos administrativo e cobrança, apesar de armazenados, só assumem algum papel se o domínio migrar para gestão direta via Registro.br <http://registro.br/>. Os contatos administrativo, técnico e cobrança são opcionais em registros via EPP e se omitidos assumem o contato do titular em todos esses papéis.

Dear EPP registrars,

It's now in effect a change in WHOIS/RDAP where it doesn't show anymore the administrative contact of a domain. This was made on top of other changes like not showing the billing contact and not allowing query by contact handle, due to new private data handling practices.

Note that in EPP administered domains the only contact with change power is the registrant contact, which is still shown. The technical contact is also show to eventual contacting needs regarding DNS delegation.
Administrative and billing contacts, although stored if provided, only come into power if the domain is transitioned to direct Registro.br <http://registro.br/> administration.
Administrative, technical and billing contacts are optional in domains registered thru EPP and default to the registrant contact if not provided.
