[Eppnicbr] Erro 2306

Boa tarde Srs.

Hoje me deparei com um problema, um cliente contratou um domínio emp.br, e na hora de registrar ocorre o seguinte erro:

Falha ao registrar domínio erro 2306: mensagem 'Erro no valor do parâmetro' motivo 'Não é possível registrar domínios abaixo de EMP.BR sem aceitar o contrato do NIC.BR'
