[Eppnicbr] libepp-nicbr 1.9 released!

Senhores,

Foi disponibilizado para download o release 1.9 da libepp-nicbr[1]. Esta
versão inclui a implementação da versão 1.1 da extensão secDNS, comando
transfer para domínio e contato, além de correções importantes.

	* secDNS extension 1.1 (RFC5910)

	Bug Fixes:
	* Added new supported schemas (ipnetwork and asn) to login command
	* Minor fix on login command concerning the reference to secDNS 
	  extension

	  different roid set
	* secDNS extension 1.0 fixes

	Improvements:
	* In command 'domain updated', added the ability to remove authInfo
	* New command related to contact management (transfer)
