[Eppnicbr] Instalação EPP Debian

Pessoal Boa tarde, conforme conselho de colegas instalei o pacote xerces do debian porem quando eu dou o ./configure no libepp aparece outro erro 

vejam só

Alguem poderia me ajudar e me dizer qual pacote de openssl eu tenho que instalar?? pois eu já instalei vários e nenhum dá certo
