[Eppnicbr] Dúvidas gerais (Poll, mensagens EPP, rotina de comandos)

Boa tarde a todos,

estou tendo problemas para criar domínios via EPP, retorna sempre uma
mensagem de Command Failed, o XML que estou mandando segue abaixo:
