[Eppnicbr] Error ao conectar ao Servidor EPP registro.br

Prezados,
        
        Estou com problemas ao tentar acessar ao servidor beta.registro.br, segue procedimento / erro encontrado. 

shepp> server beta.registro.br:700
server beta.registro.br:700
shepp> connect
server beta.registro.br:700
ERROR! Transport Exception [1004]:
[Could not read the data unit]
[error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)]


        Alguem tem uma idéia do que pode ser ? Muito obrigado.
