[caiu] RES: Problemas PTT

Muitas vezes (principalmente quem usa o PTT como trânsito quase exclusivo),
quando dá esses problemas, se vê obrigado a fazer algumas configurações
meio estranhas para resolver o problema, e aí até voltar ao normal demora.
Tem gente que deixa o ptt desativado mesmo (apesar de ter sessão ativa) pra
verificar se vai ficar estável até voltar novamente.
