[caiu] Servidores DNS de anatel.gov.br não funcionam em IPv6

Os servidores DNS que respondem pelo domínio anatel.gov.br aparentemente
não estão respondendo em IPv6 [1]. Alguns recursivos estão retornando
SERVFAIL por causa disso, em especial o 1.1.1.1:
