We're investigating an issue with multiple services in the Sao Paulo
(brcom-central-1) region.

Customer Impact: Customers may be unable to access multiple services in
this region.

Preliminary Root Cause: A simultaneous unavailability of redundant wide
area network connections in this region is being investigated as a
potential root-cause. Please note this is a temporary service access issue,
all impacted OCI services and instances are in a healthy state and will be
available once the networking issue has been resolved.
