[caiu] Long BGP AS paths

Conosco aconteceu de Quagga para Cisco, a sessão entre eles ficava flapping. Entretanto estávamos recebendo esses anúncios apenas pela SAMM, nosso outro uplink provavelmente estava filtrando corretamente.
