[caiu] Skype OFF

Estranho, estamos no ptt-sp mas não recebemos essa rota.

Temos rota via HW e Algar para esse host mas em ambas está inalcançável 
e os cliente sem conseguir logar, só loga quem tem usuario/senha salvos.
