[caiu] RES: Intermitência link GVT - Porto Alegre

Acabo de realizar dois traceroutes. O primeiro, quando o acesso
Internacional caiu. O segundo, depois de voltar.
Estou em Porto Alegre, em um ADSL residencial. O trace mostra claramente
que o problema ocorre no hop 201.22.64.99.dynamic.dialup.gvt.net.br que
seria o último hop antes do acesso Internacional ( o proximo já é na gblx ):
Como sou residencial, não consigo encaminhar essa informação para ninguem
com um pingo de capacidade para entender o resultado do teste pois tudo o
que escuto é " por favor reinicialize o modem". Os colegas que são clientes
empresariais e contatos de nivel mais alto, ainda que no comercial, por
favor sintam-se a vontade para encaminhar essas informações.
