Tive problemas semelhantes com o hsbc. Ao tentar um telnet a partir do mx a
conexão era simplesmente recusada com uma mensagem: "Denied by policy".
Tentei contato com o suporte deles mas nao tive sucesso. Pra não perder o
cliente, minha alternativa foi solicitar a troca do bloco de ips junto ao
datacenter. Depois de justificativa e atrasos na troca foi que consegui
resolver o problema.
