[caiu] Softlayer bloqueando meu asn

Marcelo,

Tenho clientes que por exemplo, não acessam a partir de seu ASN serviços
dentro da softlayer: web.whatsapp.com.

Os prefixos até chegam lá, vejo pelo LG, mas sem acesso nenhum. E isso
ocorreu somente com um /24 deles
