Não recomendo considerar a coluna LOSS do mtr para inferir a perda de
pacotes. Execute o seguinte comando (Linux e aparentados):

ping6 -qAc 100 2804:49c:3103:401:ffff:ffff:ffff:1


E espere o resultado dele (leva uns 30 segundos) e cole o resultado aqui,
por favor.
