sim, estava lento em Porto Alegre desde as 9:00hs. MTR mostrava perda entre
PAE e CTA:

A uns 15 minutos apareceu brevemente um hop " can"   entre pae e cta, e
depois o roteamento voltou ao normal e os erros desapareceram. Espero que
seja indicativo de que a GVT abriu o circuito para trocar algum
cabo/interface e que agora o problema esteja resolvido.
