[caiu] Problemas Level3

Não tenho certeza, mas já faz alguns dias que está estranho... navegação
ruim.

Inicialmente achei que era a GVT, mas já desconfio agora da Level 3.

Só melhorou quando usei um circuito diferente dessa dupla Level 3/GVT.

O problema é abrir chamado disso, sem nenhuma evidência.
