[caiu] www.mikrotik.com sem acesso via GVT

Fiz um teste pelo isptools e praticamente tudo ok . Mas aqui esta parando
em um host ja na rede da Level3. Ontem foi trocado a rota de saida , de SSA
para Fortaleza, acho que devem estar tendo algum problema no backbone aqui
no nordeste.
