Sergio você tem o direito de acreditar ou não, tem a opção de ter mais de
uma operadora ou não.

Mas não temos motivos de "inventar" que foi fibra rompida se foi problema
de MPLS, ou se foi problema de fibra "inventar" que foi de MPLS.
Não tem problema mais ou menos nobre, os problemas afetam os serviços dos
clientes e nem nós nem os clientes gostamos disso.

Você como fornecedor não informa a seus clientes desculpas esfarrapadas,
por que acreditar que outros provedores o fazem?
