[caiu] Problema GVT via PTT

Acompanhei esse problema em link e adsl GVT, de norte a sul. Ontem tivemos
esse problema após expediente comercial e hoje começou as 18:40 o mesmo
problema. Não consigo chegar no ptt-sp via gvt, o traceroute morre no 3
salto.
