Algue'm notou alguma lentidao na algar, do tipo "controle de conexao" ??

Baixando uma ISO pela GVT vem a 1200kbp/s .. pela ALGAR ta vindo a 
36~57kbp/s

Tenho notado isso ha algum tempo...

Nao quero acreditar que estao fazendo shapping em clear channel....
