[caiu] Lentidão internacional - OI

    Pra mim tambem normalizou, ontem ficou o dia inteiro ruim e hoje voltou 
a normal.

SENHORES, MAIS ALGUÉM PERCEBEU melhoras nos links ? Aqui após o tal
"rompimento" em goiania... A latência para vários sites, caiu para 2/3 em
ms.
Perda de pacotes para internacionais, foram zeradas. Talvez essa fibra
tenha rompido bem onde havia um "inseto" atrapalhando a propagação...
Aqui em MS,quase Bolivia 100% nesse momento.
