just to improve the connexion pending the negotiation).

With these traceroute, i will check for the second ISP.

Dear customer,

I have asked the engineer whom talk with telefonica if we
could find a solution before the implementation of the new
peering. The only feedbacks that i received is the
proposition of 3 new connexions.

I am sorry for the discomfort, and we will make the best to
resolve this issue. Unfortunately, you already have 200+ ms
of latency before entering the OVH network so i hope that
Telefonica will have a direct link with the netcenter. I
can try to decrease the distance between OVH and the
Telefonica peer site, but i can't change their network =/.

A solução mais rapida mesmo parece ser sair da OVH Roubaix OU esperar a 
boa vontade do pessoal na Telefonica / OVH
