[caiu] Contato Peering GVT

Prezados, boa tarde,

Alguém poderia me ajudar fornecendo os contatos do setor ou pessoa
responsável pelo peering BGP da GVT ? Estou precisando de ajuda para
identificar um problema de grande perda de pacotes quando passo pela rede
deles. Segue MTR:

E não se trata apenas de descarte de tráfego ICMP. Estou tendo problemas
também com TCP.
