[caiu] GVT instavel e o call center reporta sistems indisponíveis

Pessoal,  estou com um ADSL instavel em Porto Alegre. Não caiu total mas há
perda de pacotes aparentemente no armário ou um pouco mais adiante. Ao
ligar para o 10325 uma mensagem gravada informa que os " sistemas estão
indisponíveis"  e pede que ligue novamente em 30 minutos. Não há opção para
abertura de chamados.

Mais alguem est[a com problemas na GVT? Será algo generalizado no backbone
interno ou é pura coincidência o call center de curitiba estar fora na
mesma hora que eu aqui em Porto Alegre?
