Dec 18, 1:47 AM PST We experienced a brief connectivity issue that affected instances in the second Availability Zone in the SA-EAST-1 Region. Connectivity to those instances has been restored. We continue to work to resolve the connectivity issues affecting instances in the original affected Availability Zone in the SA-EAST-1 Region.
Dec 18, 3:24 AM PST We have restored connectivity for the majority of impacted instances and are working to recover the remaining affected instances. Some instances that were unavailable during this event may have experienced a reboot as a result of recovery efforts.
