[caiu] Kinghost caiu

Senhores,

www.ale.ro.gov.br não é hospedado pela KingHost. O próprio IP do site denuncia isso: 186.202.157.79 -> Locaweb.

A KingHost teve instabilidade em alguns nodes de webmail hoje pela manhã, já normalizados.
