[caiu] GVT AINDA com problemas no RS(trafego internacional)!

Marcelo, sou de Novo Hamburgo uso GVT e estou com problema com trafego
internacional a uns 3 dias.
Hoje parece que está normalizando.

Outros 3 amigos meus relataram o mesmo problema.
