[caiu] Copel Telecom - Level 3 (Lentidão Links Internacionais)

Ontem, dia 02/04/2013, tivemos problemas com Links internacionais com a 
Level 3 das 14:00 até por volta das 21:00hs.
Depois das 21:00hs, APARENTEMENTE tudo normal até agora.

obs: É impressão ou a Level 3 está passando por uma semana "dificil"? Pelo 
menos aqui no interior de SP, mais especificamente rota da BR-381, eles 
estão com problemas já faz uns 15 dias.

Não resolveram muita coisa não, quem está usando global crossing ou L3
chengando em MIA1 está tendo 2 a 3% de perdas desde ontem, GVT também está
com algum HOP socado lá pois tem tido perdas de 3 a 5% também...
