[caiu] Problema de Comunicação com a Amazon

É interessante notar que mesmo o traceroute não respondendo, este ip
funciona normalmente na porta 80.
Realizei testes usando Virtua em Manaus, atraves de um servidor na
Softlayer e também em uma instancia EC2 no Brasil respondem ao
tcptraceroute para a porta 80.
