duplo rompimento não necessariamente acontece no mesmo instante. 99% das
vezes acontece um rompimento de fibra e antes que a fusão da fibra seja
concluída outro ponto da rede sofre também um segundo rompimento.

Por exemplo, a equipe de campo foi para a rodovia  fazer a fusão e tinha
previsão de chegar em 40 min, mas um deslizamento ou acidente interrompe a
rodovia e isso os 40min viram 3horas.

Alguns chama de Murphy outros de Cisne Negro, mas infelizmente eles
acontecem.
