[caiu] RES: Instabilidades GVT.

Olá,

também por aqui (GVT corporativo Salvador) também normalizou por esse
horário.

Inclusive eles me ligaram informando que houve uma perda de comunicação
entre Salvador e Minas; e Salvador e Rio de Janeiro.
