Hoje foi o habilitado o acesso via IPv6 no Youtube e outros grandes
provedores de conteúdo (World IPv6 Launch).

Sistemas Operacionais Windows fecham tuneis teredo automaticamente com a
Microsoft, o que pode causar lentidão ou falha nos acessos que estão
disponíveis em IPv6.

Desabilite o protocolo IPv6 e faça os testes novamente.
