[caiu] RES: Intelig down

Temos 2 circuitos com a Intelig em 1 mesmo POP, eles chegam por rotas diferentes... apenas 1 deles foi afetado, desde 11, 1 desses circuitos está fora, o outro funciona normalmente... Intelig - PB
