A queda foi geral.

Todos os modems perderam sincronismo.

Clientes reportaram que vinha mal o dia inteiro e por volta das 17:00 saiu do ar totalmente voz e dados.

Tivemos reports de clientes na Vila Olimpia, Faria Lima, Jabaquara, Mooca, Moema, Perdizes e Pinheiros...

Esses pelo menos ou nos ligaram ou pegamos pelo monitoramento.
