I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing. We have received a 
number of reports from customers who are experiencing issues reaching 
the Newark, NJ facility due to an issue upstream from our network. The 
reports we have received so far indicate that the issues reside within 
the Comcast and GBLX networks.

Unfortunately this issue is beyond our troubleshooting abilities as they are not within our facilities, however we have opened a support ticket with the Newark NOC to communicate with the responsible networks. In our experience, routing issues such as these tend to be resolved fairly quickly.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
