[GTER] DNS but not by the parent

Pessoal,

Estou usando o route53 da amazon, fiz alguns teste de dns. apresentou este erro


Missing nameservers reported by parent

FAIL: The following nameservers are listed at your nameservers as
nameservers for your domain, but are not listed at the parent
nameservers (see RFC2181 5.4.1). You need to make sure that these
nameservers are working.If they are not working ok, you may have
problems!

ns-261.awsdns-32.com
ns-514.awsdns-00.net

O que seria isso ?

Outro problema é que os emails que são enviados errados para o meu
dominio, ele não estão retornando ao remetente, por exemplo
teste at empresa.com.br não existe, então ele deveria
retornar para quem enviou.. isso é configuração de dns ou exchange ?
