Encontramos o motivo.

We notice that your FNA cluster ffor16c01 has IPv6 enabled however it is
still currently using IPv4 for cache fill. For possibly better user
experience, we will try to change the cluster cache fill to IPv6. The change
will be baked for 24 hours and in case the performance gets worse, we will
revert the change. Please help us to monitor the cluster from your side and
let us know immediately if you notice anything wrong in your metrics.

Os ping estão normal, mas algumas imagens e vídeos demora a carregar.
