[caiu] Lentidão - Destinos Internacionais?

Aqui pela Embratel AGORA está normal, mas o sistema está instável há
muito tempo. Ontem mesmo, acesso a sites como Itau e BB estava
impossível.

A latência até esses destinos não estava alta, porem o acesso muito lento.

O mesmo para o Facebook e outros sites internacionais.
