[caiu] RES: RES: RES: RES: Facebook via GVT

ontem a noite eu percebi problemas, mas segundo relatos que vi no proprio
facebook parecia ser no site mesmo.... ele abria mais todo desconfigurado,
como se nao houvesse carregado o css do layout... diversas pessoas
reportaram o mesmo problema com OI, GVT e presenciei o problema via COPEL
